摘　　要： 本文通过文献回顾,本文构建了技术能力与产业链整合能力的相互关系分析框架,并选取我国先进聚合物材料产业的龙头企业金发科技作为案例进行研究。研究发现:①技术能力与产业链整合能力在知识载体、知识流动方面体现出一定的重合性;②技术能力是企业提高产业链整合能力的保障,而产业链整合是企业提升技术能力的有效途径;③企业技术能力和产业链整合能力存在耦合关系,两者的相互匹配能够在更大程度上促进企业综合能力的提升。 After the literature review, this paper constructs the framework of the mutual relationship of the technology ability and the industrial chain integration capability, and chooses the leading enterprise in the advanced polymer materials industry, Kingfa Tech. Co. , Ltd. , as a case study. The results showed that, firstly, the technology ability and the industrial chain integration capability reflected certain coincidence in the knowledge carriers and knowledge flows. Secondly, the technology innovation ability is the basis of the enhancement of industrial chain integration capability, while the latter is an effective path of the enhancement of the former. Thirdly, the mutual relation between the technology ability and the industrial chain integration capability has a coupling effect. The mutual match of the two can promote the integrated ability of the corporation in a greater extent.
