摘　　要： 以转入农地进行水稻生产的农户为研究对象,以农机投资作为中介,在消除内生性的基础上实证分析农地确权对水稻劳动密集型生产环节外包的影响。研究发现,农地确权激励转入方投资农机而对劳动密集型生产环节外包产生间接影响。农地确权提升转入方经营规模稳定性预期,激励其投资农业机械,其对外包服务需求的影响为替代效应与互补效应并存。具体而言,稻农经营规模与整地环节外包行为呈显著"U型"关系,与收割环节外包行为呈显著"倒U型"关系;土地破碎度对劳动密集型生产环节外包有显著抑制作用。务农劳动力人数对收割环节外包有显著负向影响;农机服务价格显著抑制稻农收割环节生产外包。由此得出,应引导农地流转双方规范合约行为,提升转入方经营规模稳定性预期;鼓励有条件地区实施土地置换整合,降低细碎化程度;提高农机购置补贴力度,引导专业大户或组织进入农业社会化服务领域,形成有竞争性的农业社会化服务市场。 Taking agricultural households who transferred farmland for rice production as the research object,and agricultural machinery investment as an intermediary,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of farmland registration and certification on rice labor-intensive production process outsourcing on the basis of eliminating endogeny. The results find that the farmland registration and certification has indirect influence on the outsourcing of labor-intensive production process through agricultural machinery investment,and it enhances the stability of the scale of the tenant,and encourages investment in agricultural machinery,which has an alternative and complementary effect on the demand for outsourcing services. Specifically,there exists a significant ＂U-shaped＂relationship between rice farming scale and the outsourcing of land preparation activities,but a significant ＂inverted U-shaped＂relationship with the outsourcing of harvesting practices;Land fragmentation has a significant negative effect on the outsourcing of labor-intensive production process.The number of agricultural laborers has a significant negative impact on the outsourcing of harvesting; The price of farm machinery services significantly inhibits the production outsourcing of rice harvesting. It is concluded that both sides of the agricultural land transfer should be guided to regulate the contractual behavior so as to improve the stable expectation of the transferee＇s business scale,encourage land replacement and integration in the conditional areas to reduce the degree of fragmentation,improve the subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery and inspire large professional groups or organizations to enter the field of agricultural socialized services with an aim to form a competitive agricultural socialized service market.
