摘　　要： 城乡融合发展是实现共同富裕目标的重要举措,城乡融合发展的目标本身就蕴涵在共同富裕的内涵之中。城乡制度壁垒、空间布局失衡、基本公共服务非均等化等问题制约共同富裕目标的实现。推进城乡融合应基于整合式、系统化视角,构建制度融合、空间融合、服务融合“三位一体”的发展体系,建立城乡要素有序流动机制,构建城乡一体化空间,促进城乡服务融合,弥合城乡社会保障鸿沟。 The integrated development of urban and rural areas is an important measure and an inseparable part of common prosperity which is constrained by problems such as institutional barriers,unbalanced spatial layout,and inequitable access to basic public services in urban and rural areas.Thus,efforts should be made to promote a development system with institutional,spatial,and service integration in urban and rural areas from an integrated and systematic perspective.Namely,we should establish an orderly fow mechanism of urban and rural elements,build integrated urbanrural space,promote urban-rural integration of services,and bridge the social security gap between urban and rural areas.
