摘　　要： 基于广东省阳山县和新丰县2 056户农户问卷调查,运用二元Logit模型实证分析农地确权方式对农业人口市民化意愿的影响,运用倾向匹配得分模型(PSM)开展稳健性检验。结果表明,整合确权对农业人口市民化意愿具有抑制效应,并在农业人口社保参与中表现出一致性,在土地处置方式和理财方式方面不具一致性;土地要素增强整合确权对农业人口市民化意愿的抑制作用,但资本要素不影响整合确权的抑制作用。因此,农地确权劳动力转移效应的发挥既要考虑确权进度,也要关注确权方式,注重提高市民化公共服务水平,鼓励土地向种田能手流转,以实现土地资源和劳动力资源优化配置。 Based on the questionnaire survey data of 2056 farmers in Yangshan and Xinfeng Counties,Guangdong Province,a binary logit model was used to empirically analyze the effect of farmland titling method on the willingness of citizenship of the agricultural population,and the tendency matching score model(PSM)was used to test robustness.Results showed that the integrated titling had a restraining effect on the willingness of citizenship of the agricultural population.This effect was consistent in the consideration for participation of agricultural population in social security,but not consistent in the consideration for land disposal method and financial management method.The land element had strengthened the restraint effect of integrated titling on the willingness of citizenship of agricultural population,which was not affected by the capital factor.Therefore,in order to exert the transfer effect of farmland titling labors,the progress of farmland titling should be considered,and the farmland titling method should be paid attention;the level of citizenization public services should be improved,and the transfer of farmlands to farming experts should be encouraged to achieve optimal allocation of farmlands and labor resources.
