摘　　要： 契约是规范社会化服务市场的重要制度设计,农业社会化服务是近年来中国农业生产经营领域出现的一种新景象,需要加以规范有序发展。基于河南省6县2172户农户问卷调查数据,以小麦收割环节为例,运用二元Logit回归模型,实证分析风险偏好对农机社会化服务契约选择决策及其契约形式的影响,并进行稳健性检验。结果表明:风险偏好对农机社会化服务契约选择决策及其形式有显著负向影响,风险偏好程度越高的农户签订契约的可能性越小;在签订契约的农户中,风险偏好程度越高的农户签订书面契约的可能性也越小。据此,建议尽快完善农机社会化服务契约制度,增强农户风险意识;支持农业社会化服务中介组织的发育,加大力度培育农业社会化服务组织的发展,引导农机社会化服务契约走向正式化、规范化,以促进中国农机社会化服务市场的发展。 Contract is an important institutional design to regulate the socialized service market.Agricul⁃tural socialized service is a new phenomenon in the field of agricultural production and management in China,which needs to be standardized and orderly developed.Based on the questionnaire survey data of 2172 farmers in 6 counties of Henan Province,taking the wheat harvest as an example,the article used the binary logistic re⁃gression model to empirically analyze the impact of risk appetite on agricultural machinery socialized service contract signing decision and contract form,which were robust.The results showed that risk appetite had a sig⁃nificant negative impact on the signing decision and the form of agricultural machinery socialized service contract.The higher the risk preference,the less likely farmers were to sign contracts.Moreover,the higher the risk preference,the less likely farmers were to sign written contracts among the farmers who choose to sign con⁃tracts.Accordingly,government should firstly improve the agricultural machinery socialized service contract system as soon as possible.Secondly,it is necessary to enhance farmers’risk awareness.Thirdly,the develop⁃ment of agricultural socialized service intermediary organizations should be supported.Fourthly,the develop⁃ment of the agricultural socialized service organization should be accelerated.Finally,the agricultural machin⁃ery socialized service contract should be guided towards formalization and standardization.
