摘　　要： 企业组织形式是创业者有效整合与配置资源的重要方式。当前有关农民创业的研究虽涉猎广泛,但鲜有文献从风险容忍这一视角对农民创业组织形式选择展开研究。文章揭示了风险容忍在农民创业过程中的作用,明晰了社会性关系网络作用于农民创业组织形式选择的内在影响机理。融合环境—认知—行为三元交互理论视角,以广东省清远、惠州、河源、江门四市的创业农民为研究对象进行实证分析,结果表明:农民创业者的社会网络中若有亲戚担任村干部、经商或者公务员将正向影响其选择独立创业,风险容忍在这一过程中起部分中介作用,但却表现为抑制作用。 The form of enterprise organization is the effective integration and allocation of resources,the internal division of labor and the contact with the outside world. At present,the research on farmers' entrepreneurship is extensive,but there is little literature to study the choice of farmers' entrepreneurial organization from the perspective of risk tolerance. This paper reveals the role of risk tolerance in the process of farmers' entrepreneurship,and clarifies the inherent influence mechanism of social network on the choice of farmers' entrepreneurial organization. This paper takes the entrepreneurial peasants of Qingyuan,Huizhou,Heyuan and Jiangmen cities as the research object,and based on the environment-cognitive-behavior ternary interactive theory and the empirical analysis of questionnaire survey data,it finds that if farmer entrepreneurs have relatives as village cadres,business or civil servants in their social network will be a positive impact on their choice of independent entrepreneurship,and risk tolerance plays a partial mediating role in this process,and more exactly,it is an inhibitory effect.
