摘　　要： 基于广东、江西两省的问卷调查数据,运用多元线性回归模型以及有序多分类Logit模型,对已确权样本和未确权样本的农地调整次数及其调地程度的影响因素进行分析。结果表明:已确权样本和未确权样本的农地调整行为的影响因素存在差异。未确权地区的非农劳动力转移比例的提高、交通条件的改善以及承包地土壤肥力的下降均能增加农地调整次数及扩大调整程度;而在完成农地确权的地区中,地形、到县城的距离、农地灌溉条件、农业收入占比以及家中是否存在本村大姓干部对农地调整行为的影响显著为正;而购买养老保险在两组样本中对调地产生的效应相反。农地确权能够有效地降低由地势恶劣、土壤肥力低下及非农劳动力转移比例较高所引起的农地调整的频率及调整程度。 Based on the questionnaire survey data of Guangdong and Jiangxi Provinces,this paper analyzed the factors influencing the number of farmland adjustment and the degree of site adjustment for both the positive and the unconfirmed samples with the multiple linear regression model and ordinal logistic regression modelfrom the perspective of farmers endowments.The results show that between the certified and unconfirmed samples,the influential factors of the adjustment behavior of farmland are different.Increasing the proportion of non-agricultural labor force transfer,improving traffic conditions and reducing fertility of farmlandin unconfirmed areas can increase the number and the degree of adjustment.In the area that has completed the confirmation of farmland,the influence of such factors were significantly positive as the topography,the distance to the county seat,the farmland irrigation conditions,the proportion of agricultural income,and havingcadres with asurname influential in the village.The effect of buying pension insurance on land transfer between these two samples is the opposite.The confirmation of farmland rights can effectively reduce the frequency and degree of farmland adjustment caused by poor terrain,low soil fertility and a high proportion of non-farm laborers.
