摘 要: 基于648份来自广州市某区就业困难人员的问卷调查数据,利用SPSS21.0软件进行二元Logistic回归分析,通过横向和纵向分析结果显示,就业意愿直接影响就业困难人员的工作搜寻决策,就业技能提升了就业困难人员的工作搜寻可能;就业意愿与就业技能"双低"群组是就业援助的难点,就业意愿对就业困难人员工作搜寻决策的影响要大于就业技能,尤其是在像广州这类经济相对发达地区,就业意愿是影响就业困难人员工作搜寻决策的主要因素。因此,在就业援助中必须坚持志智双扶,尤其是志向提振。 Based on the questionnaire survey data of 648 people having difficulty with employment in a district of Guangzhou,binary Logistic regression analysis is carried out by SPSS21.0. The results of horizontal and vertical analysis show that employment willingness directly affects the job search decision and employment skills promote the job search possibility of people having difficulty with employment. " Double low" group of employment willingness and skills is a Gordian Knot of employment assistance,and the impact of employment willingness on job search decisionmaking is greater than that of employment skills,especially in the developed areas,such as Guangzhou. Employment willingness is the main factor which influences the job search decision of people having difficulty with employment.Therefore,we should adhere to " double help" of willingness and skills in the employment assistance,especially the willingness.
