摘 要: 广东省2010届高校毕业生个人和相关用人单位的问卷调查结果显示,高校毕业生的就业地点和就业单位选择趋向多元化;对于实际起薪低于期望起薪的现状持基本接受态度;与实际就业单位以民营企业占比最高不同,他们期望的就业单位还是国有企业;普遍把"求发展"作为就业选择的最重要考虑因素。在用人单位看来,高校毕业生的学习与适应能力是最重要的技能能力,专业实践知识是最重要的知识素养;个人的良好品质受到用人单位的一致推崇,而其外在特质普遍不被认定为重要因素。促进高校毕业生就业必须从高校毕业生及用人单位供求两端"双管齐下",减少结构性错位。 Questionnaire investigation on 2010 higher education graduates and relative employment institutes showed that, the employment sites and institutes of higher education graduates are diversified, they can accept the fact that the real starting salary is lower than expected salary; their expected employment institutes are governmental enterprises; they popularly take "seeking development" as the foremost factor. From the perspective of employment institutes, the learning and adaptive abilities are the most important abilities of higher education graduates, professional practice knowledge is the most important knowledge quality; good individual quality is popularly canonized by employment institutes. To enhance the employment of higher education institutes, the work of higher education and employment institutes must be improved in both line to decline the structural reverse.
