摘　　要： 农业分工深化为农村劳动力农业产业内转移奠定了基础,农村劳动力可以不再局限于向城市或非农产业转移,农业产业内转移途径逐渐形成。资源禀赋对农村劳动力农内转移影响的实证结果显示,农村劳动力的农业产业内转移决策与农户的资源禀赋密切相关。发展农业经济应重视农业产业对农村劳动力的吸引和吸纳能力,注重资源禀赋对农村劳动力农业产业内转移的积极影响,根据农户家庭资源禀赋,合理引导配置农村劳动力资源,有针对性地鼓励、引导人力资本和自然资本充沛的农户家庭进行农内转移,发挥资源禀赋的积极影响,合理配置农村劳动力资源。 The deepening of the division of labor has laid the foundation for the transfer of rural labor in the agricultural industry,and the rural labor is no longer limited to transferring to the city or non-agricultural industries,leading to transferring within the agricultural industry.Our study of the influence of the resource endowment on rural labor transfer within the agricultural industry shows that rural labor s decision of transferring within the industry is closely related to household resource endowments.Therefore,we should stress the attraction and absorption of agriculture to rural labor,pay attention to the positive effect of the resource endowment on rural labor transfer in the agricultural industry,guide the allocation of rural labor according to household resource endowments,encourage and guide those with abundant human capital and natural capital to transfer within the agricultural industry.
