摘　　要： 基于烙印理论,运用粤赣两省2019-2021年1707份混合截面数据,以个体心理特质为切入点,实证检验非农就业经历对新型职业农民生产效率的影响及作用机制。研究发现,非农就业经历有利于提高新型职业农民生产效率;心理特质在非农就业经历与新型职业农民生产效率的关系之间发挥部分中介效应。进一步分析发现,非农就业经历多样性对新型职业农民生产效率具有显著的正向影响;对于不同类型新型职业农民而言,非农就业经历对其生产效率的影响存在差异。可见,继续出台并完善相关政策支持具有多种非农就业经历的个体返回农村创新创业,做到“引进来”,也要“留得住”。新型职业农民自身也应重视非农就业可能带来的烙印效应,不断提升能力水平,以适应农业发展要求。 Based on branding theory, the article uses 1707 mixed cross-sectional data from 2019-2021 in Jiangxi and Guangdong province to empirically test the impact of non-farm employment experience on the productivity of new professional farmers and the mechanism of action, using individual psychological traits as the entry point. It is found that non-farm employment experience is conducive to improving the productivity of new professional farmers. Psychological traits partially play an intermediary role in the relationship between non-farm employment experiences and the productivity of new professional farmers. Further analysis finds that the diversity of non-farm employment experience has a significant positive effect on the productivity of new professional farmers;for different types of new professional farmers, the effect of non-farm employment experience on their productivity differs. Based on this, we should continue to introduce and improve relevant policies to support individuals with various non-farm employment experiences to return to rural areas for innovation and entrepreneurship, so as to "bring in" and "keep" them. New professional farmers themselves should also pay attention to the possible branding effect of non-farm employment and continuously improve their abilities to meet the requirements of agricultural development.
