摘　　要： 基于广东、江西、安徽等省460个大学生问卷调查数据,采用因子分析法对大学生就业能力进行维度构念,并利用logistic回归分析方法实证研究大学生就业能力对其就业的影响。结果显示,大学生就业能力由人际交往能力(合作能力和感染力)、学习能力、应聘能力和工作技能构成。且大学生就业能力正向促进其就业。应帮助大学生做好人格特质塑造与培养,树立正确的择业观;找准提升大学生就业能力的着力点,推进其就业。 Based on the data of 460 questionnaires from Guangdong, Jiangxi, Anhui and other provinces, we inspect the connotation of college students＇ employment ability by factor analysis method, and with logistic regression ana- lyze method to analyze the effect of the employment ability of the college students on its employment. The result shows that interpersonal skill（ cooperation ability and power） ,learning ability, ability of applying fora job and work skill compose the employment ability of college students, and the employment ability of college students has a posi- tive effect on its employment. Thus, we must help college students to shape and cultivate a healthy personality traits, set up the correct choosing profession idea;focus on strengthening their employment ability to achieve better employment.
