摘 要: 针对景区和旅游酒店组成的双渠道旅游供应链,构建了景区和旅游酒店均无公平偏好、仅单独一方具有公平偏好以及双方均具有公平偏好时的供应链运作决策模型,分析了不同情形下公平偏好特性对各主体运作策略和收益的影响.研究发现,各主体公平偏好特性对景区纯门票定价没有影响,但却提高了酒店套票价格.一方企业的公平偏好特性对另一方来说会成为了一种负担,企业需要分割部分收益给有公平偏好的对方,以此降低对方的不公平感受.而有意思的是,在一定条件下,尽管一方将自身部分收益转让给对方,但却可能进一步加剧对方嫉妒与不满心理,对方效用下降并感到不公平,此时企业最好的办法是另寻新的合作者;反之,一方通过分割部分收益给对方企业,令对方效用增加并感到公平,可以成为其长期的合作者. The paper studies that how the fairness preference affect the operation decision of a tourism dual-channel supply chain composed of a tourist hotel and a scenic spot.The study finds that the fairness preference has no effect on the ticket price of the scenic spot,but may increase the hotel's package price.The enterprise will cede part of his profit to the other party who has fairness preference,thereby reducing the other party's unfair feelings.However,under certain conditions,this behavior may further aggravate the other party's psychology and cannot make it feel the fairness,the other company will become a collaborator who is difficult to meet,it is difficult to carry out long-term cooperation with him;On the contrary,the party will feel fair when the other party cede part of the profit to him,and can carry out long-term cooperation with him.
