摘 要: 在对称信息框架下,构建了基于研发投入的双渠道供应链运作决策模型,分析和比较了不同研发模式下双渠道供应链成员的最优运作策略和利润.研究发现在市场中,研发能力较强、效率较高的企业具有更强烈的研发动机,其在研发方面投入更多,而研发能力较弱、效率较低的企业其研发动机较弱,研发方面投入较少,从而造成市场中企业强者愈强,弱者愈弱的市场局面.进一步,研究指出当研发成本敏感系数或制造商谈判能力介于某一个阈值时,供应链各主体均偏爱合作研发模式.否则,至少有一方会拒绝合作研发,此时制造商将选择进行独立产品研发.而对供应链整体来说,合作研发模式始终是最优的,能为整个供应链带来更多的收益. In the case of symmetric information framework, A dual-channel supply chain model based on R&D investment is considered. By using the Stackelberg game theory, three different R&D investment cases are analyzed respectively, and get the optimal decisions and profit of the manufacturer and retailer. The study shows that when the company has stronger R&D capabilities, he would invest more money in the research and development, but the company who has weaker R&D capabilities likely invest less money in the research and development. Furthermore, when the sensitivity coefficient of R&D costs or the manufacturer's negotiating capacity is between a certain threshold value, the two players would choose the R&D cooperation mode. Otherwise, the manufacturer will choose the independent R&D mode. Finally, it also shows that the R&D cooperation mode is always optimal and can bring more benefits to the whole supply chain.
