摘 要: 文章建立了一个制造商与多个分销中心的一体化生产-分销系统模型。模型假设制造商有一个固定的生产周期,将各分销中心的补货频率作为决策变量,考虑了整个生产周期中分销中心的存贮成本、运输成本、车辆固定启动成本、补货成本以及缺货成本,使得总成本最小以确定最优的配送方案。最后,通过算例重点分析了缺货成本对于决策以及总成本的影响。 An IRP model of the centralized manufacturing-distribution system with a manufacturer and multiple distribution centers is built. This paper assumes that the manufacturer has a fixed manufacturing cycle, and takes the replenishment frequencies of its distribution centers as decision variables. The inventory cost, transporting cost, vehicle cost, replenishment cost and shortage cost of distribution centers during the whole manufacturing cycle are considered, and the total cost is minimized to get an optimal distribution scheme. A numerical example is given to analyze the impact of the shortage cost on policy decision and the total cost.
