摘　　要： 文章研究了2种模式下供应链完美协调问题,讨论了供需双方在Stackelberg博弈下的增量折扣策略和在供应商管理库存模式下的增量提价策略,从供应商的视角比较了2种协调策略,给出了供应商选择最优协调策略的条件;并通过算例对上述结论进行说明,分析了批发价格对供应商选择最优协调策略的影响。 This paper studies two strategies of realizing perfect coordination under two different mechanisms. Firstly, the incremental discount strategy under Stackelberg game model is discussed, and its necessary condition is developed to achieve perfect coordination. Then considered is the pricing strategy for achieving the coordination profit that can be allocated arbitrarily by two agents in the vendor managed inventory mechanism. Finally,from the supplier＇s view, the two strategies are compared. A numeric example is presented and the influence of the wholesale price on the supplier＇s choice of optimal strategy is analyzed.
