摘 要: 文章研究了需求确定情形下扇形供应链的库存路径问题,通过C-W节约算法与遗传算法相结合的混合并行遗传算法,分别得出了独立决策下和采用协调策略下的最优补货周期和配送路径,对2种情形下供应链的利润进行了对比分析,得出采用收益共享合约可以提高供应链系统及各个成员的效益,并给出了利润分配因子的取值范围,最后以奇瑞汽车备件库所搜集的数据为算例,对算法的有效性进行了分析和验证。 This paper studies the inventory-routing problem of a supply chain consisting of one depot and many outlets when demand is deterministic.A parallel genetic algorithm nested with C-W savings algorithm and genetic algorithm is proposed to obtain the optimal order period and distribution schedule with decentralized supply chain and concerted supply chain.The profits of these two supply chains are compared.It is concluded that revenue sharing contract can improve the benefit of the supply chain system and the partners,and the bounds of revenue-sharing factor are obtained.Finally,the efficiency of the algorithm is analyzed and proved by using the data of Chery Automobile Co.,Ltd.
