摘　　要： 专业化是社会分工的必然结果，监狱作为国家刑罚执行机关，必须顺应社会发展规律，积极推进监狱人民警察专业化建设。提升监狱人民警察的专业化水平，加快监狱人民警察队伍的专业化建设，在实现司法公正、提高罪犯教育改造质量、降低行刑成本、调动基层监狱人民警察工作积极性等方面具有重要的意义。 Specialization is the inevitable result of social division of labor. As a penalty execution organ, prisons must conform to the law of social development and actively professionalism. Enhancing the professional level of prison police police are of great significance in the realization of judicial justice, reducing the execution cost, and mobilizing grassroots prison police promote the construction of prison police and accelerating the construction of prison improving the quality of educating criminals, enthusiasm at work.
