摘　　要： 仓储物流成本管理是中小型制造企业成本控制的重要内容,对降低企业成本消耗,提高企业综合效益具有重要作用。介绍了仓储成本和物流成本的概念及构成,分析指出中小型制造企业仓储物流成本管理存在的不足,并从提高重视程度,落实成本管理方法,提高成本管理人员素质等方面提出改进对策。 Warehousing logistics cost management is an important part of the cost control of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. It plays an important role in reducing the cost of enterprises and improving the overall efficiency of enterprises. This paper introduces the concept and structure of enterprise warehousing logistics cost, analyzes the shortages of warehousing logistics cost management in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, and proposes improvement measures from the aspects of increasing the importance of attention, implementing cost management methods, and improving the quality of cost management personnel.
