摘　　要： 概述项目与项目管理的概念与特点，指出在图书馆应用项目管理的可行性和必要性，分析图书馆工作中项目的特点并阐述在图书馆实施项目化管理的方法。 This paper first states the concept and the feature of project and project management, then points out that it is necessary to apply project management in library.
