摘　　要： 迄今为止，家族企业研究已经发展成为多学科交叉的系统领域，并与经济现实中家族企业管理问题的涌现紧密关联。本文通过评述中外家族企业研究的最新议题，对研究内容和理论发展进行比较，梳理跨学科研究背景下中外家族企业研究的发展脉络。文章发现，在代际传承、家族创业、社会责任和资本市场等领域萌生的现实问题，将成为中国家族企业研究的新主题；后续研究的开展不仅应借鉴西方前沿研究，更应通过扎根于中国本土情景，发展家族企业研究的中国理论。 Family business research has been developed to be an independent academic field with explanation from multiple disciplines,and this is closely related to the mushrooming practical issues in economy.Through reviewing recent research topics,the paper makes a comparison between Sino-foreign researches in this field and tends to clarify their theoretical context.Furthermore,the authors propose those new issues concerning trans-generational succession,family entrepreneurs,social responsibility and capital market etc.,which worth deep research of Chinese family business.Only through grounding in the context of China,can we develop Chinese theories in family business.
