摘　　要： 目的对Scalpdex英文版进行跨文化调适,建立Scalpdex中文版,并对其信度和效度进行初步评价。方法对Scalpdex英文版进行正向翻译、综合协调、反向翻译、专家委员会评议,形成中文Scalpdex预试验版。使用预试验版对33例头皮银屑病患者进行预调查,进一步修订量表,建立正式中文版Scalpdex。通过访谈患者评价Scalpdex量表表面效度和内容效度,采用Cronbach’sα系数和分半信度评价内部一致性,Spearman相关分析检验聚合效度。结果 33例患者中,有25例（占75.8%）患者对所有条目完全理解;Scalpdex中文版的Cronbach’sα系数为0.94,分半信度为0.75。除条目19和20外,其余条目与所在维度的相关系数均〉0.5,而与其他维度的相关系数则较弱。结论跨文化调适后的Scalpdex中文版适用于中国文化背景下头皮银屑病患者的生存质量评估。下一步可对中文版Scalpdex量表的测量性能进行大样本数据采集和评估。 Objective To translate and culturally adapt the Scalpdex into Chinese,to preliminarily evaluate the reliability and validity,and to determine its psychometric properties. Methods Five stages of the Chinese adaptation of the Scalpdex were performed,including forward translation,synthesis,backward translation,expert committee review and the field- testing of pre-final version. 33 field- test interviews with scalp psoriasis patients were performed to assess face and content validity. Internal consistency was assessed by Cronbach＇s a coefficient and split- half reliability. Convergent validity was evaluated by Spearman correlation analysis. Results 25 patients（ 75. 8%） found the questionnaire clear and easy to complete. The internal consistency reliability was high（ range of Cronbach＇s alpha coefficients for the scales of Scalpdex 0. 81 ~ 0. 93）. The half- split reliability was 0. 75. In addition to items 19 and 20,the correlations between the items and their corresponding scales were significantly greater than those between the items and their non- corresponding scales. Conclusion The Chinese version of the Scalpdex is a valid and reliable questionnaire suitable for use in clinical or research settings to assess scalp- specific Qo L. Additional studies would include further validation with patients multi- center clinics,evaluation of test- retest reproducibility and responsiveness of the instrument.
