摘　　要： 人及其生命是生命技术伦理超验层面的最基本问题,生命技术伦理中的一切问题都是围绕或维护人、人的生命而展开的,该问题直接关涉着胚胎的道德地位、无脑儿的救治、植物人的放弃治疗等经验层面的伦理决策。当代生命技术伦理主要源于元伦理学、规范伦理学及描述伦理学的理论描摹,尚没有形成自身完整的理论体系。从具身性主体出发,通过关注身体体验和文化差异,对生命伦理学的传统范式进行前提反思与理论重构,是消解当代生命技术伦理难题全新的认识论、方法论和伦理学的分析方式。 People and their lives are the most fundamental issues in the transcendent level of life technology ethics and all issues in the life technology ethics are centered around or defended the people and the lives of people. This issue directly concerns the ethical decisions at the empirical level about embryo＇s moral status,the treatment to children without brain,abandoning therapy of vegetable and so on. The contemporary life technology ethic mainly stems from the theoretical description of meta-ethics,normative ethics and descriptive ethics,and has not yet formed its own complete theoretical system. Starting from the body of embodied,through the focus on physical experience and cultural differences,and the premised reflection and theoretical reconstruction of the traditional paradigm of bioethics is the new epistemology and methodology for clearing up the problems of life technology ethics and the analysis mode of ethics.
