摘　　要： 为了解不同人群对医疗决策模式及决策主体的看法，为医疗决策实践提供理论参考，通过问卷星系统进行便利抽样，将收集到的数据用SPSS21．0等软件处理并进行单因素方差分析。结果发现性别、年龄、学历等对于样本人群医疗决策模式的偏好具有显著性差异（P〈0．01）；对于不同的医疗决策选项，样本人群对医疗决策主体有着不同的选择倾向。大多数样本人群倾向于医生决策，尤其是指导一合作型的医生权威决策模式。应当正确认识不同医疗决策模式的，晦床价值、坚持患者自主优先兼顾家属诉求、恪守生命至上依法适度干预。 In order to investigate the opinions of different groups on medical decision-making models and decision-makers, and to provide theoretical reference for medical decision-making practice, an investigation was conducted with the collected data were processed by SPSS 21.0 and the single-factor analysis of variance was conducted through convenient sampling by the Sojump system. The results showed that there were significant differences in the preferences of gender, age and educational background for the medical decision-making model of the participants （P~ O. 01）. For different medical decision-making options, the participants had different preferences for the medical decision-making subjects. Most of the participants inclined to make medical decisions by doctors, especially favored for the doctor-guidance cooperative decision- making model. Therefore, we should correctly understand the clinical value of different medical decision-making models, insist the priority of patient autonomy and also respeet their family members~ demands, abide by the principle of sanctity of life and moderately intervene adhere to law.
