摘　　要： 目的 对广州市社区家庭医生上门服务现状进行研究,探索改善家庭医生上门服务的可行措施。方法 对广州市内随机抽取3个区卫生局、社区卫生服务中心进行调研,并在市内10个区（县级市）各抽取4所的所社区卫生服务机构对其医护人员进行问卷调查,获得一手的调研材料并进行分析。结果 目前上门服务存在医疗风险过高、法律不完善和工作量大等问题,导致社区医护人员积极性不足。结论 当前家庭医生式服务发展方向值得肯定,但需要有配置的管理制度和居民的理解支持,需要个人、社会和政府三方通力合作。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the present situation of family doctor door-to-door service in Guangzhou and explore a feasible way to improve it. METHODS To interview health bureau and community health services form 3 districts to analyze the development situation of door-to-door service in Guangzhou. RESULTS Due to high medical risk, imperfect legal system and other issues, it led to medical staffs lack of enthusiasm. CONCLUSION The family doctor service in Guangzhou was praiseworthy, but there were still many deficiencies, which requires a tripartite co-operation among individual, society and the government.
