摘　　要： 目的：探讨肾移植受者社会支持现状、生存质量水平及它们之间的关系。方法：采用健康状况调查问卷SF-36和肖水源等编制的社会支持评定量表对145例在广州肾移植中心进行肾移植的患者进行调查。结果：移植后6个月患者生存质量各维度与常模比较均有统计学意义;患者社会支持与生存质量呈非常显著的正性关系（〈0.01）。结论：医务人员在工作中要特别重视患者的社会属性,尽可能调动社会支持系统,特别是家庭成员的主观能动性,以提高患者的生存质量。 Objective： To probe into the social support,quality of life and relationship between them.Method： Random sampling was used to investigate 150 kidney transplantation patients in Guangzhou.The scales applied which included were SF-36 by Medical Qutcomes Study and Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）by Xiao Shuiyuan.Results： There were significant difference in all scales of quality of life by 6 months after transplantation and the normal in this research;there was a significantly positive relationship between social support and quality of life.Conclusion： In the practice,healthy professionals should pay attention to mobilizing social support systems,especially initiative of family members,in order to improve quality of life of the patients.
