摘 要: 采用MBI-GS问卷和访谈形式,调查了解临床带教教师这一特殊群体的工作压力和职业倦怠现状,发现近50%的临床带教教师倦怠感较强,分析引起职业倦怠感的原因,建议采取积极的心理干预和培养机制,有效地降低临床带教教师的职业倦怠感。 This paper investigates the current situation of job burnout of clinical teachers who are a special group by using MBI--GS questionnaire and interviews. It shows that nearly 50% clinical teachers have strong feelings of job burnout. Ac- cording to the analysis of reasons which lead to job burnout, it suggests that we should take positive psychological inter- vention and training system to reduce job burnout of clinical teachers effectively.
