摘　　要： 改革开放有力地推动了我国农村劳动力转移和产业转移。农村劳动力分布格局发生了根本变化。通常把农村劳动力的转移历程划分为3个阶段。基于制度经济学理论,该文分析了新生代农民工创业行为与非正式制度的关系,最后针对新生代农民工创业行为构建了相应的非正式制度,以提高新生代农民工的创业积极性,为新战略形势下新生代农民创业提供理论指导。 Reform and opening-up,strongly promoted China＇s rural labor force transfer and industrial transfer.The process of rural labor transfer was divided into three stages based on rural surplus labor transfer.Based on the institutional economics theory,the relationship between entrepreneurial behavior of the new generation of migrant workers and the informal system were analyzed.The informal system was built corresponding to the entrepreneurial behavior of new generation of migrant workers,in order to improve the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of the new generation of migrant workers,to provide theoretical guidance for the entrepreneurial peasants under new strategic situation.
