摘　　要： 以深圳市景田片区为例,基于Geodatabase构建存量商品住房数据库,实现不同类型住房数据的关联、存储及管理,同时通过建立存量商品住房价格测算模型,对片区存量商品住房进行价格测算,实现了片区内存量商品住房的＂一房一价＂,测算结果在一定程度上反映了该区域存量商品住房的真实价格。 In this paper, taking the Jingtian District in Shenzhen City for example, stock commodity residential database based on Geodatabase was built. And the stock commodity residential price calculation model was established for stock commodity residential price calculation. This research implements that each commodity house is priced, and the detailed experiments represents that the calculated results could reflect accurate commodity residential price to some extent.
