摘　　要： 图书馆在文献采购、读者服务等诸多方面都涉及版权管理问题。在现有的法律框架下,图书馆既要保护知识产权,更要大力促进信息传播,通过签订版权责任条款、取得授权等方式优化馆藏资源,向读者提供优质高效的服务。 Copyright management is concerned in the areas of library acquisition, reader services, and so on. Libraries not only need to protect intellectual property, but also need to promote information transmission under current legal frameworks. Libraries should provide efficient services through signing copyright liability clauses or obtaining copyright licenses.
