摘　　要： 潮汕方言歌谣是以潮汕方言为载体的一种口头文学,它保留了大量的古语词,且古语词高频重现,使歌谣形成了古朴典雅的风格;这种平民之歌抒发的是歌谣流行地大众百姓的心声与情感,它的草根性又使各类土语词频频入歌,使歌谣散发着浓郁的泥土芳香;它还跨越时空,被漂洋过海的潮人带到了海外,外来词入歌使歌谣平添了独特的海洋文化韵味。 Chaoshan ballads is an oral literature based on Chaoshan dialect. Their preservation and employment of ancient words create a simple and elegant style. These ballads express the thoughts and feelings of the local people, and the local expressions demonstrate their grassrootcharacteristics, what is more, as the ballads are taken to the overseas countries, they adopt foreign words, which give them a charm of marineculture.
