摘　　要： 为了分析港口集聚扩散水平以及港口对区域经济的推动能力,需要有效区分港口群内各港口的能级梯度。结合主成分分析与系统聚类,提出港口群能级梯度分布的测度算法。在此基础上得出影响港口能级的各层因素的因子分析比较,评价影响港口能级梯度分布的主要指标,对合理规划港口群及协同多港口之间竞合提供理论依据;并选取环渤海港口群作为研究对象。所得结果将为环渤海港口群的合理发展提供有力支持。 Port energy level can be used as an evaluation standard which reflects the port centralization and diffusion ability as well as involves the impetus capacity of port to religion economy.Port energy level among port group, which is efficiently divided and distinguished, can provide important theoretical basis to help port group reasonable planning and make multiple ports well collaboration and competition.In order to accurately evaluate port energy level, the principal component analysis and the system clustering method are applied to analyze port factors.and get port group energy level gradient.On this basis, the factor analysis method is used to comparatively analyze each factor′s contribution to port energy level.Take Bohai port group as a case study and provide some valuable basis for its reasonable development.
