摘 要: 目的观察振动训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢肌力的影响。方法采用常规治疗和护理的40例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为四组,A组进行振动训练和抗阻练习;B组和C组分别单纯进行振动训练和抗阻练习;D组仅采用常规治疗和护理基础。每组10人。各组干预周期均为3个月,研究前后进行腕、肘屈伸肌力和肩外展肌力测试。结果四组患者上肢肌力均提高。其中,A组肌力提高最明显;B组和C组增加幅度相当;D组虽有提高,但与实验前没有显著性差异。结论早期振动训练结合运动能有效提高急性脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢肌力,改善肢体运动功能。 Aim: To examined the effects of muscle vibration on upper limb's muscle strength of senile stroke patients. Methods: Forty senile hemiplegia patients of acute stroke were randomly averagely divided into 4 groups and subjected to vibratory stimulation or resistance exercise for 3 months besides conventional therapy. Group A performed both vibratory stimulation and resistance exercise; Group B and C performed vibratory stimulation or resistance exercise respectively; Group D was treated with only conventional therapy. Before and after experiment each group was tested 5 kinds of strength: flexor and extensor strength at wrist and elbow respectively, abductor strength at shoulder. Results: Each group improved their upper limb strength compared with strength before experiment. For example, the difference in Group A was significantly higher than that in other groups; there was significant difference in Group B and C respectively; there was no statistical difference found in Group D. Conclusions: Combining early intervention vibration with exercise can obviously increase the upper limb' s muscle strength of senile hemiplegia patients of acure stroke and improve their limbs' locomotor function.
