摘　　要： 本文将出口贸易分解为贸易深度和广度，以中国太阳能行业和风能行业为研究对象，使用1996---2013年中国出口到48个贸易对象国的面板数据，运用扩展的引力模型分析进出口国环境规制、中国可再生能源研发支出以及进出口国的制度质量对中国太阳能行业和风能行业出口深度和广度的影响。结果表明：可再生能源研发支出只对太阳能行业的出口深度有显著影响；进出口国环境规制对太阳能行业和风能行业出口深度和广度的影响分别呈倒U型和U型，且出口国环境规制对二者出口贸易的影响显著大于进口国环境规制；对于非OECD国家，进口国环境规制对太阳能行业和风能行业出口贸易产生的影响分别为U型和倒U型；进口国的制度质量对太阳能行业和风能行业出口深度和广度的影响方向基本相同，中国的制度质量没有显著影响。 This paper decomposes the export trade into intensive margin and extensive margin and by using the panel data of China＇s export of solar and wind energy products to 48 countries covering the period of 1996- 2013 em- ploys the extended Gravity model to analyze the impact of public R＆D spending of government on renewable energy industry, the environmental regulation and the quality of institutions on the intensive margin and the extensive margin. The paper finds that the public spending on renewable energy industry has a signifi- cant influence only on the intensive margin of the solar products. The environ- mental regulation of China always shows a U- shaped influence on the intensive margin and extensive margin. Conversely, the environmental regulation of the im- port countries has an inverted U- shaped influence on the intensive margin and the extensive margin. In addition, the influences of import country＇s environmen- tal regulation are U- type and inverted U- type respectively. The influences of import country＇s institutional quality on solar and wind energy export of China are basically the same; however, the institutional quality of China has no signifi- cant impact on the export.
