摘　　要： 知识经济的到来,给税收政策、税收征管及税务人员带来了新的挑战.我国应尽快着手研究有关的税收政策,适时调整税收制度;加快征管技术革新;加快人才培养. A new challenge is brought to the tax policies,tax collection and management and also tax staff with the approach of knowledge economy.We should start with the study of tax policies,adjusting tax system,quickening the technical innovation of tax collection and management and training tax staff quickly.
