摘　　要： 公共信息资源是人们进行公共生活、提高公共生活质量的战略性资源。信息社会的来临,为政府的公共管理提供了新的发展机遇,也推进了其发展。公共信息是公共物品,公共信息管理是政府公共管理的基础工作和重要内容。公共信息管理要求政府充分利用信息技术的便利,在制度和观念等方面也要改进。 The public information is the important strategic resources for people to carry on the public life, mixing the public living quantity. The appnach of the information society provided the new development opportunity for the public management of the govemment, also pushed forward it develop. The public information is a public product ; the public information management is the foundation work and important contents of the public management of govemments. The public information management requests the govemment to make use of the technical convenience of information well, also wanting to improve in the system and obsessions.
