马卡连柯教育原则的理论解释与个案分析

摘  要: 研究运用社会交换论解读了马卡连柯“尊重、信任与严格要求相结合”的教育原则,探索其内涵中集体主义与个体主义的融合,认为其核心体现了教育中个性与社会性相互交换而融合发展的主旨,并具有交换的顺序性、公平性、最佳方式、主体对应性等蕴含.延循这一解读的个案研究发现,中国城市家庭成员分别具有关爱与要求高低不同组合的四种教育风格,不同教育风格中成长的孩子亦具有不同的行为特征,其中高关爱、高要求的教育风格最佳.研究尝试创新马卡连柯的教育思想研究,但亦需补充和拓展. Using the social exchange theories to explain the Makarenko’ education principle as "respect, trust, combined with strict" principles of education, The Study explore its connotation of collectivism and individualism, and think its core embodies interchange and fusion between personality and sociality, including exchange order, fairness, the best way and the main body correspondence. Case study following this interpretation found that China's urban family members with care and require high and low respectively different combinations of four kinds of education styles, and Children growing up different education styles also have different behavior characteristics, in which the education style including high care and strict is the best. The study tries to innovate the research of Makarenko’ education thought, but also need to complement and expand.
