摘　　要： 1998年至2015年间，在271篇相关英文学术文献中，中国互联网政治研究的海外学派在数量上以男性学者为主导，在学术产量上以华人学者为主导，在学科背景上以传播学为主导（但跨学科特征也非常明显），在空间分布上以北美为主导。而研究内容上的显著特征则是自2008年以来海外学派存在三个层面的代际转向，即理论侧重上由常规政治转向文化政治、关注对象由技术转向人文、研究进路由宏观转向微观。 Chinese internet as a typical case has been attracting attentions from overseas scholars since the 1990s.Through efforts of this group of scholars,whose number is still increasing,the knowledge of Chinese internet politics grows significantly and differs much from that produced by domestic scholars in terms of themes,approaches and theories,forming a kind of overseas school.In order to understand what kind of knowledge map drawn by this school and its internal features,this research collected 271 pieces of research(including books,journal articles and theses)on Chinese internet politics written in English and published overseas during 1998-2015.Based on a detailed content analysis,this research found that this school,mainly based in north America,is dominated by male scholars and scholars with communication backgrounds.Regarding the content of these publications,there exist three impressive shifts in the production of knowledge:theoretical focuses shifting from the conventional dimension of politics to the cultural dimension;research objects shifting from internet technologies to users of these technologies;levels of analysis shifting from macro approaches to micro ones.
