建国初期报纸行业的公私合营与股息分配

摘  要: 建国初期,在对资本主义工商业进行社会主义改造过程中,公私合营作为过渡时期的理想路径,也影响到了对私营报纸的社会主义改造。在建国初期总计72份私营报纸中,仅有7份历经公私合营,其中有3份报纸在过渡时期总路线提出之前已转化为公营;4份报纸是在1953年才开始公私合营。报纸行业的公私合营是特殊历史状貌下的媒介管理模式,它受到政治、经济以及国际环境等复杂因素的共同制约。 In the early days of the People's Republic of China,public-private partnership was an ideal path for transformation of private newspaper to nationalized form.of all 72 private newspapers,only seven went through puiblic-private partnerships,including three newspapers that had been handed over to the public before the general line for the transition period was proposed;another four newspapers began publicprivate partnership in 1953.Newspaper industry's public-private partnership is the kind of media mamagememt mode under a special historical circumstance,this model is constrained by the political,economic,international environment and other complex factors.
