摘　　要： 产业融合促使旅游产业集聚区管理理念和管理模式的优化和重构，针对依托区域性资源优势和产业特色（第一、二、三产业）的旅游产业集聚区，应规范流程管理、协同管理、文化管理和风险管理等要素管理，建立以市场管理系统、用户（企业）管理系统、效益共享系统和赢利模式系统为主线的旅游产业集聚区管理系统，最终实现区域性旅游产业品牌价值和参与主体企业互利共赢的效益目标。 The optimization and reconstruction dustrial agglomeration area have been greatly of management mode and concept regarding regional tourism promoted by industrial convergence recently. The corresponding process management, collaborative management, cultural management and risk management should be standardized based on the advantages of local resource and regional industries＇specialties （such as the first, the second and the third industry） of the tourism industry. A market management system, a custom management system, an interests sharing system and a profit management system serving for regional tourism industrious agglomeration area should be set up as well. The final goal of establishing a brand value and broad participation with a win-win mode of regional tourism industry should be achieved via implementing such strategies.
