摘 要: 步入大众旅游时代,激发了对乡村旅游的潜在市场需求。面对乡村旅游“村村点火、户户冒烟”的发展趋势,重新考量适合乡村旅游开发的基本条件和战略选择刻不容缓。本文选取时间和空间两个维度,从发展阶段、旅游时间、开发时序、资源禀赋、产业升级、市场边界等多要素对乡村旅游开发的时序和结构进行辨识和分析,提出依据资源禀赋、产业特色和市场边界的差异化、特色化、共享化三大乡村旅游开发战略,有助于更好地实现乡村旅游可持续发展的目标,也为美丽乡村建设和乡村旅游市场开发提供一些理论借鉴。 The era of mass tourism stimulates the potential market demand of rural tourism.Facing the development trend of“village ignition,household smoke”of rural tourism,it is urgent to reconsider the basic conditions and strategic choices of the exploitation of rural tourism.This paper selects two dimensions of time and space,to identify and analyze the timing and structure of the exploitation of rural tourism from the development stage,tourism time,development timing,resource endowment,upgrade industries,market boundary and other elements.Then it puts forward three development strategies such as differentiation,characteristic and sharing based on resource endowment,industry characteristic and market boundary,helping to realize the goal of sustainable development of rural tourism,and providing some theoretical references for the development of beautiful countryside and the exploitation of rural tourism market.
