摘　　要： 我国高校法治文化具有“社会整体性”与“校园区域性”双重属性。“社会整体性”高校法治文化的功能指向主要是社会主义法治文化的传播,其培育的着力点在于法治文化的认同;“校园区域性”高校法治文化的功能指向主要是高校的治理,其培育的着力点在于法治文化的建构。“社会整体性”的高校法治文化与“校园区域性”的高校法治文化之间虽然存在差异与冲突,但仍能实现良性互动。 The rule of law culture in Colleges and universities in China has the dual attributes of"social integrity"and"campus regionality".The function of"social integrity"university legal culture mainly refers to the spread of socialist legal culture.Its cultivation focuses on the identifi cation of legal culture;The function of"campus regional"University's legal culture mainly refers to the governance of the University,and the focus of its cultivation lies in the construction of the legal culture.There are differences and conflicts between the university legal culture of"social integrity"and the university legal culture of"campus regionality",but the positive interaction should be realized.
