摘　　要： 随着我国对外贸易的迅速发展,贸易摩擦频繁爆发。贸易摩擦对促进产业结构升级、培养竞争优势产业、刺激对外投资和实现贸易地理方向多元化等有一定的积极效应,同时也存在着危及国家贸易安全、破坏与对象国的贸易关系、打击相关地区和企业的发展以及引发对外贸易纠纷等消极影响。据此,提出应对我国对外贸易摩擦的长期策略是:发挥市场机制在配置资源方面的积极作用;短期策略是:规避贸易摩擦对我国贸易和经济的冲击,减少其损失。 Nowadays China has entered into the period of frequent foreign trade conflicts since the rapid development of the foreign trade in China. It is pointed out that the present foreign trade conflicts can produce the positive effects like promoting the upgrading of industrial structure, cultivating the industries with competitive advantages and stimulating the foreign investment, but also the negative effects like affecting the safety of the foreign trade in China, destroying the trade relationship between China and some foreign countries and discouraging the development of the involved enterprises. Hereby, the long-term countermeasures to the foreign trade conflicts and the short-term strategies of market-orientated allocation of resources should be taken into account to avoid the negative impact of the foreign trade and economy of China.
