摘　　要： 以祖先崇拜为核心的民间信仰实物载体祠堂,是岭南古村落的标志性建筑。作为一种兼具物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产特色的＂遗产＂,由于历史原因,它的权属和文化遗产价值,存在认知上的诸多问题。这些问题,直接导致文化遗产保护和开发中的一系列失当处理。因此,如何充分保障文化遗产所有者的权益,鼓励社区参与,全面认识文化遗产的多重价值,是古村落保护与开发能否可持续发展的关键。 The ancestral temple with the ancestral worship as the core is a carrier of folk beliefs and a typical example of the ancient villages in Lingnan. Such ancestral temple is a kind of ＂heritage＂ with the features of tangible and intangible cultural heritages. Due to some historical reasons, its ownership and cultural value have caused some controversies which have led to a series of problems in the protection and development of cultural heritages. Thus, the protection and sustainable development of ancient villages relies on the guarantee of the interests of the owners of the cultural heritages, more community participation and a full understanding of the values of cultural heritages.
