教学效能感与高职院校发展性教师教学评价模式的构建

摘  要: 教师的教学效能感是保证教学质量的一个重要因素,而教师教学效能感的提高有赖于教师专业发展水平.高职院校发展性教师教学评价,以促进教师和学校共同发展为目的,符合教师专业发展规律,随着教育现代化的发展,越来越受到重视.在具体操作中,发展性教学评价必须体现人本主义管理理念,实施需要一定的条件,评价模式也紧跟时代的进步开始走向多元化. The teaching efficacy of teachers is an important factor to guarantee the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges.The improvement of teachers'teaching efficacy depends on the level of professional development of teachers.With the development of education modernization,the developmental evaluation model of teaching,which follows the principles of teachers'professional development,has gained more and more importance in higher vocational colleges to promote the common development of teachers and the colleges.In practice,the application of developmental evaluation model should reflect the management belief of humanism.It is carried out under some certain circumstances and has become diversified to adapt to the development of modern society.
