摘　　要： ＂入世＂以后,中国更加紧密地融入了经济全球化的进程。商务谈判课程在新形势下正在发挥日益重要的作用。在阐述了对国际商务谈判课程进行改革必要性的基础上,指出让学生用所学到的谈判技巧,真正了解到跨文化语用知识和语言知识,以外贸环节为基础进行模拟谈判,进而把该课程发展为实践型课程,这样才能培养新形势所需的具有跨文化交际能力的高质量的复合型国际人才。 Since its entry into WTO,China has stepped a space ahead in the process of worldwide economic integration.English,as the first chosen language carrier,is playing a more important role in it.It’s highly recommended the reform and development of International Business Negotiation course.With the acquired skills,the knowledge of language,cross-culture communication,students can conduct simulated negotiations in different business situations.Hence,adapt the course into a practice-based course.Hereby it is feasible to develop students’ intercultural communication ability and cultivate them to be all-round and qualified international talents under the new situation.
