摘　　要： ＂一带一路＂倡议的实现离不开语言的铺路,而复合型、多元化的跨学科人才是＂一带一路＂建设的支点和关键。＂一带一路＂愿景与目标的实现离不开创新创业人才、海外高端人才、非通用语言人才以及急需领域的各类专业人才的支撑和保障。剖析当前中国高校＂双创型＂人才培养中出现的症结,针对高级外包人才稀缺和中国创新创业教育模式的现状,从拔尖创新人才、学术性人才和应用型技术人才培养的视角分析,面对需求与挑战,高等教育部门应以跨界、产教融合、创业就业三轮联动为路径,更新观念,健全促进就业创业体制机制,优化办学,创新实践,切实担负起培养跨学科人才的重要使命。 The paper argues that languages serve as an effective facilitator for diversified personnel in their exercises of the belt and road initiatives which cannot be separate from entrepreneurs,overseas talents,special language speakers and urgently needed personnel in specially demanded fields.Therefore,countermeasures are proposed with regard to innovative and entrepreneurial education performed jointly through enterprises,universities and research and development institutions.
