摘　　要： 目前，专业英语翻译水平质量偏差的主要原因是没有将专业英语翻译上升到翻译哲学的高度，从而导致缺乏专业英语翻译的阐释性科学框架。这一框架要求译者同时具备扎实的英语、翻译以及其他相关专业基础，形成合理的三维知识结构。本文的主旨是从语言学和翻译学等相关学科领域对这一三维结构进行阐释，初步构拟管理专业翻译知识框架。 The main reason why the present translation quality is poor, is that specialized English translation has not been raised to the degree of translation philosophy so that the elucidatory frames for specialized translations are badly in short, which require solid foundations of English major of non-translation orientation, those of English translation major and those of the relevant majors to form a completely new ability structure. This 3D structural theory has been elucidated respectively from such scientific fields as linguistics and translatology.
