GFC数据在机电安装软件间的适用性研究

摘  要: 目前,Revit建模软件与各机电算量软件之间的互通性问题备受行业关注。传统机电安装计量方式面临耗时、量大、过程复杂、误差较大以及BIM软件之间数据无法互通等问题。基于此,提出一种基于GFC数据交互的计量方法:经设计深化的模型,通过GFC数据接口,传递至安装算量软件中,进行机电安装工程计量与计价,为数据交互在机电安装工程中的应用提供新的视角。以某康复中心项目为例,运用广联达BIM安装算量软件开展机电安装工程数据交互适用性问题的研究,通过分析安装算量软件的构件转化率,表明GFC数据具有很强的适用性。依据Revit建模软件建立的模型和Revit建模软件数据交换后的模型,进行模型工程量分析,找出量差的因素并提出改进意见,从而提高成本核算过程中计量的效率,进而推动BIM在建设项目计量中的应用。 At present,the interoperability between Revit modeling software and various MEP calculation softwares has attracted much attention. Traditional mechanical and electrical installation measurement methods are time-consuming,heavy-workload,complex, and errors intensive. Apart from this, the problem of data derived from different BIM software are unable to interoperate. Under this background,a measurement method based on the GFC data interaction is proposed. This paper establishes an elaborately designed model which can be used in the installation calculation software through the GFC data interface. Through metrology and pricing of the mechatronic installation project,this model provides a new perspective for data exchange in MEP. Taking a rehabilitation center project as an example, this paper applies Glodon BIM installation calculation software to study the applicability of MEP data exchange. The results show that the GFC data has a strong applicability by analyzing the component conversion rate of installation calculation software. Based on the models built by Revit modeling software and the data exchanged by Revit modeling software,this paper analyzes the quantity of the project and finds out the factors resulting in difference in quantity estimation. At last, this study puts forward improvement suggestions to improve the measurement efficiency in the costing process,and then promote the application of BIM in the construction project measurement.
