摘 要: 本文通过深度访谈、现场观察,结合现场资料采集与分析,对三位小学语文教师在新课程背景下教学观的冲击与变革进行了个案研究。研究发现,新课程改革极大程度冲击着教师的教学观念。面对冲击,教师茫然,并在碰撞中认同、积极改变、找寻与扬弃。教师在学生主体、师生关系、学科性质、教学目标以及教学预设与生成问题等认识上发生了明显变化。 Through deep interview, on-the-spot observation, together with the collecting and analyzing of on-the-spot materials, we make a case study on the attack and innovation of the teaching outlook of three primary Chinese teachers in the new curriculum. It is found from the study that the new curriculum vigorously attack teachers' teaching outlook. They are at a loss what to do in the face of the new curriculum and are learning to approve, change, seek, develop what is useful and discard what is not useful during the attack. For teachers, obvious changes have taken place in the recognition of student-center, the relationship between teachers and students, the nature of discipline, teaching objectives and the prerequisite and generation.
